Job summary

JBS Beef City Plant is seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator for the Afternoon Shift. You will lead injury management and rehabilitation activities, coordinating with employees, supervisors and medical providers to ensure safe and timely returns to work.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support WHS with investigations and audits, promote a strong safety culture and contribute to ongoing wellbeing across the site.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in WH&S and Return to Work preferred.
• Experience in injury management and workers' compensation knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work processes across the PM shift.
• Engage with employees, supervisors, medical providers and workers' compensation teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Support WHS advisors with investigations, audits and safety initiatives.
