Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an Injury Care Partner to guide team members through recovery, delivering best-practice injury management and return-to-work strategies. You will own your portfolio and caseload, including early intervention and workers' compensation claims, collaborating with Line Leaders, the TPA, and healthcare providers to drive positive outcomes.

You’ll support the Hoxton Park Distribution Center and other business units as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in workers' compensation and injury management.

Responsibilities

• Guide Team Members through recovery, delivering best-practice injury management and return-to-work strategies.
• Own your portfolio and caseload including early intervention and claims, collaborating with Line Leaders, TPA, and healthcare providers.
• Support Hoxton Park Distribution Center and other BUs, partnering with peers as required.
• Drive strategies with stakeholders for early engagement in treatment, claims management, and claim closure.
• Provide training and mentoring to operational teams on return-to-work and legislative compliance.
• Develop strategies for improvement and intervention in injury management.
• Coordinate audits on return-to-work files and ensure compliance.
