Job summary

JBS Beef City Plant is recruiting a passionate Talent & Community Engagement Officer to join the HR team in a full-time capacity. Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, you will provide recruitment support across three sites and engage with the local community to support ongoing involvement in education and local programs.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build internal and external relationships, and implement improvements to onboarding processes in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment including selection, placement and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand the operational environment to support high-quality placements.
• Engage with the community for ongoing involvement (education, clubs, Job Active providers).
• Identify and implement recruitment and onboarding improvements.
• Build the JBS employer brand within the community and support initiatives.
• Coordinate and attend careers days and careers expos.
• Develop marketing campaigns targeting local areas.
• Complete required recruitment reports.
