HenderCare in Adelaide, SA, is seeking an experienced WHS & Return to Work Coordinator to support injured workers through recovery and safe return to work. You will develop Return to Work Plans, coordinate with treating practitioners, and ensure compliance with legislation and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in return-to-work or injury management is essential.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and return-to-work legislation.
• Understanding of injury management and rehabilitation processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret medical certificates and provider reports.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate claim-related decisions to support timely case progression.
• Develop and monitor Return to Work Plans as recovery progresses.
• Identify and manage workplace risks to prevent injury and recurrence.
• Resolve issues or disputes related to return-to-work processes.
• Coordinate communication with treating practitioners, employers and legal representatives.
• Monitor recovery progress and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Contribute to workplace health and safety initiatives and policy adherence.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure legislative compliance.
