About the Role
JBS Beef City is currently seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator to join our Afternoon Shift team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating rehabilitation, injury management and return-to-work processes, ensuring alignment with site Workplace Health & Safety requirements and the JBS Rehabilitation and Health & Safety Management System. You will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture, supporting early intervention and helping our team members achieve safe and sustainable returns to work following injury.
You will take the lead on injury management and rehabilitation activities across the PM shift, providing workplace rehabilitation in line with relevant workers compensation and rehabilitation requirements. You will work closely with employees, supervisors, medical providers and other key stakeholders to coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes, while maintaining regular communication with the Workers Compensation Self Insurance team. You will also support WHS Advisors with investigations into injuries, near misses and hazards, participate in internal and external audits, ensure ongoing compliance with JBS systems and processes, and actively promote a culture of safety, early intervention and employee wellbeing across the site.
