Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking an Injury Care Partner to guide team members through recovery, delivering best-practice injury management and return-to-work strategies. You’ll own your portfolio and collaborate with Line Leaders, a TPA, and healthcare providers to achieve positive outcomes.

You’ll support the Hoxton Park Distribution Center and other business units as required, leveraging allied health insights and a strong focus on compliant injury care practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in workers’ compensation and injury management.
• End-to-end claims management experience is preferred.
• Allied health qualifications are highly regarded (OT, EP, Physio).
• Deep understanding of return to work and rehabilitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Guide team members through recovery with RTW and rehabilitation plans.
• Own your portfolio and caseload including early intervention and workers' compensation.
• Collaborate with Line Leaders, TPA and healthcare providers to lead RTW plans.
• Support Hoxton Park Distribution Center and other business units as required.
