JBS Beef City is seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator for the Afternoon Shift to lead injury management and rehabilitation activities, ensuring alignment with site WHS requirements and the JBS Rehabilitation and Health & Safety Management System.

You will coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes across the PM shift, liaising with employees, supervisors, medical providers and the Workers Compensation Self Insurance team, supported by WHS Advisors with investigations

Qualificações

• Formal qualifications in Rehab/Return to Work preferred.
• Experience in injury management and knowledge of workers compensation and rehab legislation.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and work with diverse employees and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of manufacturing hazards in a food environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication with excellent listening and interaction skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work activities across the PM shift.
• Lead injury management and rehabilitation while aligning with workers compensation requirements.
• Collaborate with employees, supervisors, medical providers and the Workers Compensation Self Insurance team.
• Assist WHS Advisors with investigations into injuries, near misses and hazards; participate in audits and ensure compliance with JBS systems.
