Job summary

Making Footprints is seeking a highly organised Accounts and Payroll Officer on the NSW Central Coast. This casual role is approximately 10 hours per week with flexible hours between 9am–5pm.

You will handle accounts payable/receivable, process payroll for around 55 employees, and ensure compliance with NDIS Price Guide and SCHADS Award. Experience with Xero and Supportmate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in Accounting Administration.
• Payroll experience with SCHADS Award.
• Knowledge of NDIS Price Guide.
• Experience using Xero and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Interpret and apply NDIS Price Guide for billing
• Interpret and apply SCHADS Award provisions to payroll processing
• Manage Support Worker payroll for circa 55 employees
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation
• Respond to payroll enquiries from employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Undertake bank reconciliations, transactions, journals and adjustments
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed
