Job summary

Upward Living in Wollongong head office is seeking anAccounts Payable Officer to join the finance team. This full-time, Monday to Friday role reports to the Finance Manager and involves processing invoices payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and petty cash, and liaising with internal and external customers.

The position is based at our Wollongong Head Office. Salary is AU$80,000 per annum plus super, with employee benefits and flexible work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, code and file.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
