Job summary

Plexa, an Australian-built construction technology company, is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to own a Queensland and broader Australian territory. You will sell an AI-powered end-to-end platform to contractors, developers and project organisations, leveraging your Construction Tech or enterprise SaaS background to win substantial new business.

You’ll build relationships, run discovery, demonstrate the platform and close enterprise agreements, reporting directly to the founders.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise tech to construction sector.
• Experience with builder, contractor, developer stakeholders.
• Knowledge of construction software platforms is a plus.
• Ability to sell across procurement, contracts, finance and site ops.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build a territory of Queensland Tier 1-3 contractors and developers.
• Create opportunities with Plexa’s sales and marketing engine.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders and close enterprise agreements.
• Demonstrate Plexa around client problems rather than generic demos.
• Manage opportunities from first contact to signed contracts.
