Job summary

Plexa is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to turn product demonstrations into engaging sessions for construction clients, from CEO to cadets. This role sits at the intersection of construction, technology and sales, and you’ll work with Account Executives to show how Plexa can improve project delivery.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you’ll build relationships with prospective customers, understand their operations and tailor demos to reflect their actual workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leading high-quality Plexa product demonstrations.
• Building strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Running discovery before demonstrations to understand what matters.
• Tailoring demos to reflect the customer's construction workflows.
• Turning customer problems into clear Plexa use cases.
• Showing how technology creates measurable value for operations.
• Demonstrating workflows across office, project and site teams.
• Supporting Account Executives on larger opportunities.
• Preparing demonstration environments that feel relevant to the customer.
• Helping prospects imagine their future operating model with Plexa.
• Handling product and technical questions during the sales process.
• Supporting workshops, presentations, RFPs and enterprise evaluations.
• Feeding customer insights back into Product and Sales
