Job summary

Sabco Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers and to deliver a high-touch service experience. You will manage inquiries, process orders and liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

The role requires accuracy, organisation, initiative and adaptability as you handle orders, credits and invoices while building positive relationships with retailers and distributors. Only successful applicants will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to accurately process orders and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the customer service function.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Investigate and follow up on delayed, missing, damaged or short-delivered stock.
