Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Customer Service experience.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service principles.
• Be self-motivated, quick learner, with a can do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Administrative and organisational skills.
• Polite and professional manner.
• SAP Business One (B1) experience (preferred).
• WMS experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Order entry and processing.
• Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Product support and enquiries.
• Outward bound product promotion calls.
• Customer support and issue resolution.
• Coordinating and booking outward bound deliveries.
• Represent the business professionally as the face of the business.
• Provide assistance and support to Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams.
• Process Credit Card payments.
• Process Credit Applications, maintain Customer Master Files.
• Load and maintain Special Pricing Forms.
• Open and backorder maintenance.
