Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our high-performing team in Victoria. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and CRM with a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth order processing and timely responses.

You will support internal Sales and Operations, manage payments and pre-authorisations for COD customers, and maintain accurate communications in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a call-centre environment.
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using CRM systems or SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
• Process payments and pre-authorisations for COD orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM communications and documentation.
• Support sales and operations with scheduling and new customer setups.
• Contribute to health & safety and audits when required.
