WA Country Health Service in Western Australia seeks an ICT Service Desk Officer to provide 24/7 first level ICT support across the digital workspace. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, manage user accounts, and contribute to cybersecurity and incident management.

The role supports telehealth services, procurement, record management and service monitoring, with exposure to a large, complex health system and diverse user base.

Formación

• Able to remotely analyse, troubleshoot and resolve ICT issues in a large and complex environment.
• Works effectively in a team environment to support the delivery of responsive ICT services to a diverse customer base.
• Communicates clearly, professionally and respectfully with customers and colleagues, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Works within organisational policies, procedures and service management processes to support effective ICT service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24/7 ICT support across the WA Health digital workspace environment.
• Deliver first level ICT, application and telecommunication troubleshooting with focus on resolution.
• Provisioning and deprovisioning of ICT user accounts and access to WA Health systems.
• 24/7 first level support for the Statewide Telehealth Service for WA Health users and external stakeholders.
• Assist with cybersecurity promotion and reporting, procurement, customer service, record management, system monitoring, incident reporting and outage communication.
