Job summary

• Experience in ICT helpdesk or service desk roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues across devices.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments and AV tech.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails, triage and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex problems as needed.
