Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an ICT Support Officer to ensure smooth ICT operations across Western Australia. You will install, maintain, and repair ICT equipment and systems at SCCWA sites, and deliver prompt, accurate customer service while troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will report to the ICT Infrastructure and Support Services Manager and may travel to SCCWA sites. Location is Rivervale, WA, with after-hours support as part of the ICT team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years technical support experience in Enterprise System applications (1000+ users).
• Experience with change and release management procedures.
• Experience with ITIL practices; progress towards certification is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT field support across SCCWA sites in Western Australia.
• Install, maintain, and repair ICT equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document procedures.
• Deliver prompt and accurate customer service, and assist IT improvements.
• Provide after-hours support as part of the SCC ICT team.
