Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health in Gippsland is seeking a Computer Support Officer to join our ICT team on a full-time ongoing basis. You will provide first and second-level ICT support across clinical, corporate and operational environments, helping ensure secure and reliable technology that supports patient care.

Ideal candidates bring experience in ICT service desk, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and identity management, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ICT service desk support for end users.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking and AV technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a healthcare IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level ICT support for hardware, software and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate service records and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with identity management, MFA and Microsoft 365 access requests.
• Monitor systems, backups and ICT housekeeping activities.
• Contribute to cyber security, asset management and change processes.
• Support ICT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
