WA Country Health Service is seeking an ICT professional to provide information technology and communications support to clients across a rural and remote Western Australia region. The role involves configuring, installing, testing, monitoring and maintaining network and ICT hardware and software, and contributing to ICT projects.

Success hinges on clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to analyse and resolve ICT issues in a large public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Communicates clearly and respectfully with patients, staff and stakeholders with a focus on great customer service.
• Works effectively as part of a busy team to deliver safe and timely ICT services in person and remotely.
• Able to analyse and resolve ICT issues in a large corporate environment.
• Able to analyse and resolve ICT networking issues in a Microsoft network operating environment.
• Prepares documentation and client advice to a high standard.

• Provides information technology and communications support and advice to clients.

• Provides input into ICT Projects in accordance with standards and industry best practice.
