Zusammenfassung

GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Austria & Switzerland to deliver Level 2 technical support to customers, while assisting Level 1 hotline teams and training the L1 staff. You will collaborate with distributors, installers, and the regional team to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with R&D and product managers to address issues, while supporting training sessions and on-site installations. Travel across Austria and Switzerland is required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German is a MUST; strong English communication skills expected.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support or engineering environment.
• Experience with cross-border collaboration and international teams is valued.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 technical support to customers and assist Level 1 hotline teams.
• Train Level 1 team and support training sessions for partners.
• Support training, commissioning, and troubleshooting with distributors/installers on remote and on-site.
• Review product issues and escalate to Level 3 when needed.
• Collaborate with regional team and R&D for service improvements.
