Zusammenfassung

GoodWe Europe is seeking a Solution Manager for Austria & Switzerland to support technical pre-sale activities. You will train customers face-to-face and online, advise on GoodWe solutions, and represent GoodWe at exhibitions and local events.

You will interact with key distribution or EPC partners, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams. This role involves deep technical involvement and close market/customer contact, driving sales growth and maintaining customer

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience in technical support with direct customer interaction is a plus.
• Business fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support and manage GoodWe’s pre-sales activities in Austria & Switzerland.
• Grow customer trust in GoodWe’s solution.
• Promote GoodWe’s products and increase demand from installers to distributors.
• Ensure closeness to the market through customer trainings and distributor events.
• Build up knowledge of market requirements for PV and storage systems including product specs and design requirements.
• Feed market requirements back to product management and R&D to stay ahead of competition.
• Coordinate and assist with Beta testing and pilot projects to ensure feasibility before market release.
