Manning Global is recruiting a Chinese-speaking Solar Technical Support Engineer to join our client in Vienna, Austria. This is a freelancer role starting ASAP.

You will deliver high-level technical support for solar projects, assist with grid integration, battery storage, on-site troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for a Chinese-speaking Solar Technical Support Engineer to join their business in Austria.

• Position Title: Chinese-speaking Solar Technical Support Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Service capability:
• Provide high level technical expertise to clients, internal teams, and partners in the development and deployment of solar projects
• Technical Capability introduction for NA customers and VAPs
• Technical solution integration and management
• Support for deliverability review of the PV projects
• Address technical queries related to product selection, system integration, operational performance and maintenance.
• Output the rectification implementation solution and maintenance implementation solution
• Provide on site troubleshooting and support with collaboration of internal experts (R&D)
• Project delivery support
• Engineering delivery support for Solar projects (utility)
• E2E Technical issue management of Solar projects
• Customer satisfaction
• Closure of PV product delivery/maintenance issues
• Maintain relationship for the key customers
• Heavy current quality&safety
• Be responsible for the one-time startup success rate of PV product

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in solar energy systems design, engineering, and installation. Proven track record in managing and implementing solar projects from inception to completion. Familiarity with grid integration and battery storage solutions. Good skills in MS office tools (excel, power point …etc.).
• Certifications (preferred): Other relevant industry certifications or memberships. LV/MV working certification

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of photovoltaic technology, electrical systems, battery systems and renewable energy principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about system design and optimization.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage client expectations.
• Language: Chinese (Fluent), English (professional) and other EU languages (preferable).
