Fronius International GmbH is seeking a technical customer support specialist in Austria to serve national Solar & Energy customers and collaborate with internal interfaces.

You will record and forward customer feedback, coordinate technical services with management approval, and share expertise across teams while developing technical documentation and training materials for regional compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have technical education and relevant certifications or ongoing professional development.
• Requires several years of professional experience in technical support.
• Fluent in English and/or local language appropriate for the position.

Aufgaben

• Technical customer support and service for national Solar & Energy customers and internal interfaces.
• Recording, documenting, and handling support cases in accordance with process standards, including the continuous forwarding of customer feedback.
• Coordinating, delivering, and documenting technical services following management approval (e.g., service assignments, trade show participation, and customer training).
• Proactively sharing expertise within the national support team and across relevant departments.
• Creating, translating, and adapting technical documentation and training materials to meet national and regional requirements.
• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks).
