Job summary

JobsinAustria in Austria is seeking a seasoned field sales specialist to secure renewable installer partnerships. You will motivate installer sales teams, organize local training, and drive engagement through on-site visits and events.

Travel 3–4 days a week, report progress to management, and support sales strategies with product guidance. Fluent English and German required, driving license, and willingness to travel across the region.

• Conduct in-person follow-up visits to potential installers previously contacted by telesales, helping to drive cooperation;


• Communicate company sales strategies, provide product support and on-site guidance to facilitate sales conversion;


• Spend at least 3–4 days per week on field visits, and report customer feedback and progress to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication and coordination skills;


• Minimum 3 year of experience in channel sales or field visits; background in renewable energy or electrical industry preferred


• Able to travel frequently with strong time management skills;


• Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly driven in sales execution;


• Fluent in both English and German;


• Possess a valid driver's license and confident driving ability.
