Zusammenfassung

GoodWe is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Austria & Switzerland to build strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term retention and high satisfaction. You will guide customers technically and professionally, aligning with our energy solutions and software offerings.

You will work closely with the local GW Sales Manager, coordinate onboarding, trainings, and ongoing support, while identifying new opportunities to grow customer value across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role.
• Technical background in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or utility sectors is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage relationships with B2B customers, installers and distribution partners (meetings, trainings, promotions).
• Coordinate with the technical team to support onboarding and kickoff meetings.
• Establish and maintain customer service policies and best practices.
• Provide high-level technical and product support.
• Analyze and optimize processes to improve customer experience with our software.
• Identify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the GW Sales Manager
• Organize training programs for existing and prospective customers
• Handle customer complaints and proactively improve satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teams
• Work with the local GW Sales Manager, organizing meetings with distributors, resellers, EPC partners
