Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in an administrative, customer-oriented or coordination role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• A structured, detail-oriented and independent working style.
• A strong service mindset, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, processing and following up on quotations, service orders and maintenance agreements.
• Providing customer support by phone and email, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining customer, equipment and service master data in our ERP system.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of service assignments, including scheduling appointments with customers and technicians.
• Preparing invoicing, processing service reports and complaints, and handling administrative service processes.
• Taking on general organisational and administrative tasks within the back office.
