Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria is seeking a Sales Services Specialist (f/m/x) to review tenders, prepare quotations, support order handling and invoice collection, and assist the sales team with customer and partner requests.

You will maintain the customer database, help implement new initiatives, and collaborate with an international team that values new ideas. Fluent German and English, plus MS Office and ERP/CRM experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Completed education, Matura or equivalent qualification, or higher.
• Experience in inside sales support or technical procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience with tenders and framework agreements is an advantage.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Your role
