A1 Srbija d.o.o. is seeking an experienced Head of Group Internal Audit to lead planning, execution, and reporting of cross-border audits. The role operates in a virtual setting, serving all entities within the A1 footprint, and requires driving alignment with COSO, ISO 31000 and related standards.

You will oversee risk analyses, stakeholder engagement, and the enhancement of internal audit processes across diverse teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of audit/internal audit experience in complex, multinational organizations with group-wide oversight responsibilities.
• Highly recognized audit certifications (CIA, CRMA, CFE, ACCA) and experience with SOX or equivalent regulations.
• Deep understanding of internal control and risk management frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000) and standards (SOX, GDPR, IFRS).
• Demonstrated expertise in audit methodology and multi-entity or cross-border programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning of business audits across the A1 Group to ensure comprehensive, risk-based local audit plans.
• Guide execution and reporting of ad-hoc, planned, and follow-up audits including forensic engagements.
• Review audit reports to ensure alignment with methodology, regulatory obligations and group standards.
• Oversee evaluation of SOX testing for design, implementation and operation of internal controls.
• Provide expert feedback on test documentation, audit evidence and findings for clarity and actionability.
• Facilitate development and harmonisation of audit systems and toolsets group-wide.
