Job summary

A1 Group is seeking an experienced Group Internal Audit lead to drive IT audit planning, execution, and reporting across the multinational group in a virtual setup. You will oversee SOX testing, ITGCs, and the harmonization of audit tools and methodologies group-wide.

The role requires 8+ years of IT audit experience, professional certifications (CISA/CISSP/CISM/CIA), and strong stakeholder management skills in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT audit programs in multinational environments.
• Deep knowledge of SOX/ISAE 3402/SOC reporting and ITGCs.
• Strong understanding of IT frameworks (ITIL/COBIT/NIST).

Responsibilities

• Plan IT audits for the group, ensuring risk-based, comprehensive local plans.
• Coordinate execution and reporting of IT audit engagements across entities.
• Review IT audit reports for quality, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee SOX testing and effectiveness of group and local controls.
• Harmonize audit tools and methodologies across the group.
• Perform risk analyses and map group mission-critical assets.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders, corporate functions, and external auditors.
• Drive knowledge sharing and competency uplift on audit topics.
