Job summary

Telekom Austria AG's Group Internal Audit invites an experienced professional to lead, coordinate, and review the planning of business audits across the A1 Group in a virtual setup. You will ensure risk-based local and cross-entity audit plans are aligned and oversee execution and reporting of ad-hoc and planned audits.

Fluent English is required, with willingness to improve German for business use. Candidates should hold CIA/CRMA/CFE/ACCA or equivalent certifications and have 8+ years of

Qualifications

• 8+ years of audit/internal audit experience in multinational organizations.
• CIA, CRMA, CFE or ACCA certifications.
• Knowledge of COSO, ISO 31000, GDPR and IFRS; SOX experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+); German for business communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and review the planning of audits for the A1 Group.
• Guide execution and reporting of ad-hoc, planned and follow-up audits.
• Review audit reports for alignment with methodology and standards.
• Oversee evaluation of SOX testing for effectiveness of controls.
• Harmonize audit tools and processes across the group.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, corporate functions and external auditors.
• Promote knowledge sharing and competency development in audit topics.
