A1 Makedonija is seeking a Group Internal Audit professional to lead risk-based audits across the A1 Group in a virtual setup. You will coordinate planning, oversee execution, and review reports to ensure alignment with group standards and regulatory obligations.

You will also drive development of group-wide audit processes, oversee SOX testing, and provide expert feedback on evidence and findings. Fluent English is required, with German optional for business communication.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of audit/internal audit experience in multinational organizations.
• Certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CFE, ACCA and SOX experience.
• Understanding of COSO, ISO 31000, GDPR, IFRS and related standards.
• Expertise in audit methodology and multi-entity or cross-border programs.
• Strong analytical, writing, stakeholder management and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to drive alignment and skills development across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate, and review planning of business audits for the A1 Group.
• Oversee execution and reporting of ad-hoc, planned, and follow-up audits.
• Review audit reports for methodology and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee SOX testing design, implementation, and operation.
• Provide expert feedback on test documentation and findings.
• Harmonise audit systems and tools group-wide.
• Develop and uplift knowledge sharing and competency across the group.
