Job summary

BOND offers a role for a DevOps/SRE who will own our end-to-end infrastructure and delivery pipeline. You will automate, scale, and harden our platform as we connect Europe’s public procurement markets.

Vienna-based, hybrid work, and close collaboration with founders are key highlights of this opportunity. You will drive infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability, enabling reliable deployments across multiple repositories and environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles managing production Linux infrastructure.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience; changes must go through code reviews.
• Hands-on with containers, CI/CD, and automated server provisioning.
• Experience with observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces).
• Comfort debugging across stack: networking, kernel issues, DNS, TLS.
• Bonus: EU data-residency experience.

Responsibilities

• Own infra-as-code setup across servers, DNS, storage, secrets.
• Run and improve CI/CD pipelines for multi-repo with continuous deployment.
• Own observability: traces, logs, metrics, alerting, and incident runbooks.
• Manage credentials and environment parity between development and production.
• Harden data-collection fleet: resource limits, memory safety, scheduled-job reliability.
• Fix the pipeline, not the box - root-cause failures and automate the fix.
