Job summary

BOND IQ is hiring an AI/LLM engineer to join the engineering team, shaping AI features that read, translate, and match tenders. You’ll gain real product responsibility from day one with mentorship and fast shipping to customers.

We value curiosity about applied AI, solid programming fundamentals, and the ability to deliver end-to-end work. Fluent English required; German is a plus. Hybrid work from Vienna office with flexible hours.

The role

You will join the engineering team working on the AI features of the product — the systems that read, translate, and match public tenders. You get real product responsibility from day one, paired with mentorship from senior engineers, and your work ships to customers quickly.
