BOND offers a role for a DevOps/SRE who will own our end-to-end infrastructure and delivery pipeline. You will automate, scale, and harden our platform as we connect Europe’s public procurement markets.

Vienna-based, hybrid work, and close collaboration with founders are key highlights of this opportunity. You will drive infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and observability, enabling reliable deployments across multiple repositories and environments.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles managing production Linux infrastructure.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience; changes must go through code reviews.
• Hands-on with containers, CI/CD, and automated server provisioning.
• Experience with observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces).
• Comfort debugging across stack: networking, kernel issues, DNS, TLS.
• Bonus: EU data-residency experience.

The role
You will own our infrastructure and delivery pipeline end to end. Everything is infrastructure-as-code and deployed via CI - no hand-managed servers - and we want to keep it that way as we scale. You make the platform more reliable, more observable, and easier to ship to.
What you will do

• Own our infrastructure-as-code setup across servers, DNS, storage, and secrets

What you bring

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform roles running production Linux infrastructure
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience and the conviction that infra changes belong in code review, not SSH sessions
• Hands-on experience with containers, CI/CD, and automated server provisioning
• Experience running observability stacks (metrics, logs, and traces)
• Comfort debugging across the stack: networking, kernel OOM kills, DNS, TLS
• Bonus: database operations at scale or experience with EU data-residency requirements
