BOND is hiring a backend engineer to own core services, data pipelines, and integrations that power the tender platform. You will design and maintain APIs, ensure data freshness, and keep the system fast as volumes grow.
You will collaborate directly with the founders on architecture and priorities, shipping iterative designs with a pragmatic approach. Hybrid work from our Vienna office includes flexible hours and regular team events.
BOND makes Europe's €2 trillion public procurement market accessible to every business. Public contracts are published across hundreds of portals, in dozens of languages, with different formats and deadlines — so most companies never even see the contracts they could win. BOND brings them together in one feed, translates them automatically, and uses AI to match every tender against a company's profile.

Tender discovery is just the beginning. Our vision is a platform that handles the entire path from finding a public contract to submitting a winning bid. We are based in Vienna and backed by the NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft for Startups, and AWS programs, and businesses across Europe already rely on BOND every day.
We live ownership: you are responsible for your projects end to end. No politics, few meetings, direct feedback, and short paths to the founders. Join us to help open one of the largest and least accessible markets in the world.
You will build and own core backend services: the APIs our product runs on, the data pipelines that keep millions of tenders fresh, and the integrations that connect everything together. You will work across the full lifecycle — design, implementation, deployment, and operation.
