• Manage lifecycle of selected Group IT services from development to stable operation.
• Provide third‑level support; identify root causes and coordinate fixes with internal devs and external consultants.
• Contribute to Group IT projects with technical expertise and design/improvement proposals.
• Coordinate external consultants for bug fixes and service optimisation; ensure swift, sustainable implementation.
• Document services and solutions to keep global IT services transparent and maintainable.
• Run workshops and training; support global user groups and drive tool improvements.
