A leading technology firm in Vienna is seeking a 3rd Level Expert in Custom Business Solutions to manage the lifecycle of IT services. This role involves providing third-level support, analyzing complex technical issues, and participating in process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration of enterprise IT services and must possess excellent English and German language skills. Salary starts at €46,200 gross annually, with additional market-based overpayment.
