Qualifikationen

• Act as 3rd Level / Vendor Support for customers, analyzing and resolving incidents and defects.
• Plan and perform system updates and enhancements for complex IT systems.

• Participate in international projects with subsidiaries and partners.
• Review solutions against security requirements and implement mitigations.
