Your Responsibilities

As a Concierge (all genders), youll be part of a dedicated team that forms the heart of our guest experience. Together with our concierge team, youll ensure that every guest feels personally cared for and is delighted by the best Vienna has to offer.

Youve assist guests with reservations, recommendations, and customized arrangements, always with discretion, warmth, and genuine care. This position offers you a unique opportunity to grow within one of Vienna's most renowned hospitality teams and to master the art of personalized service at the highest level.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assisting guests with restaurant, theater, and transportation reservations
• Providing expert advice and insider knowledge about Vienna's cultural, culinary, and social scenes
• Supporting the concierge team in handling guest requests promptly and courteously
• Maintaining close relationships with local partners and service providers
• Handling guest correspondence and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Consistently adhering to the standards and values of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts

Your Profile

• Experience as a concierge in the luxury hospitality industry or guest services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of and passion for Vienna
• A well-groomed appearance, excellent manners, and a naturally warm personality
• Ability to remain calm and professional in hectic situations
• A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences

The minimum gross monthly wage for this position under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,330.

In practice, a higher, market-competitive salary is paid for this position and is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
