Job summary

Rosewood Vienna is seeking a Uniform/Laundry Supervisor to oversee the cleaning of hotel linens, manage in-house and external laundry processing, and ensure high standards for stained linens. You will coordinate daily laundry operations and liaise with housekeeping to maintain exceptional service.

The role requires sewing skills, proficiency in German and English, reliability, and a meticulous, organized work approach. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Solid sewing experience is required.
• Good command of German and English.
• Reliable, resilient and able to maintain a clear overview in fast-paced situations.
• Organized and meticulous approach to work.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
