Rosewood Vienna in Vienna is seeking a skilled Store & Receiving associate to ensure smooth incoming deliveries, proper storage, and timely distribution across hotel departments.

You'll work closely with Purchasing, Cost Control, and hotel operations, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to process improvements in the storeroom and receiving area.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or professional experience in a similar role within hospitality, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to work in a structured, independent manner.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries to ensure quantities, quality standards, and hygiene requirements are met.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Manage and follow up on returned goods and handle delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate storeroom logistics and ensure timely distribution to hotel departments.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of goods while maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in all storage areas.
• Act as main contact for hotel departments regarding receiving, storage, and issuing of goods.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery discrepancies and claims.
• Support inventory counts and stock control activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the Store & Receiving area.

• You have completed vocational training or gained professional experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• You demonstrate a hands-on attitude and work in a structured and independent manner.
• You possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
• You have a strong sense of quality, hygiene, and responsibility.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with various departments.
• Experience with inventory management or purchasing systems is considered an advantage.
• You are physically fit and comfortable working in a dynamic hotel environment.

The collective agreement minimum gross salary for this position, based on full-time employment and in accordance with the Austrian Collective Agreement for Employees in the Hotel and Catering Industry, is EUR 2,153 gross per month. A higher salary is possible and will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and the overall profile of the successful candidate.
