Job summary

Badger Meter Austria GmbH seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe to drive revenue across Portugal, Italy, Greece and Malta. You will lead regional sales plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing, product development and after-sales support to grow market share.

You will travel up to 50% and engage distributors, customers and partners with consultative, data-driven selling and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required; preferable in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
10 years or more of professional experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English; knowledge in Municipal Water, Flow Instrumentation, and/or Water Quality Instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing and new customers and establish new business potentials.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead sales efforts within target markets to achieve and exceed targets.
Assess and develop Key Accounts and channel partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and after sales support to optimize sales strategies.
