Job summary

Smartness, a fast-growing travel-tech SaaS, seeks a Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist to keep our go-to-market machine running smoothly across Austria, Italy, Portugal, and Spain. You will own GTM processes, drive cross-functional alignment, and maintain CRM data quality while enabling teams with scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Operations, Enablement, or similar functions in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• You are fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
• You excel at creating order in complexity and improving GTM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve GTM processes across Sales and Customer Success.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure timely information sharing.
• Maintain data quality in the CRM and support tool adoption.
• Develop and document scalable workflows across initiatives.
• Enable operational excellence by reducing friction and improving efficiency.
