Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead growth across Central and Eastern Europe. You will own your territory, manage key customers and distributors, and collaborate with internal teams to promote DSE control products.

The role requires field-based selling across Europe, strong technical understanding, and the ability to travel internationally. A full driving licence is essential and German-speaking capabilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a relevant subject.
• A degree in a technical subject is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and drive profitable growth across the assigned territory.
• Identify, assess and negotiate with new customers while strengthening relationships with existing end-customers and distributors.
• Maintain a strong focus on developing the DSE Control product group.
• Develop and implement effective regional sales and distribution strategies.
• Maximise product margins through effective pricing strategies.
• Conduct regular customer and prospect visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Create and manage customer quotations with appropriate follow-up.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
• Liaise with Marketing to support regional activities and exhibitions.
• Act as the voice of the customer within DSE and represent the business externally.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to respond to changing conditions.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
