Job summary

Badger Meter Austria GmbH. in Vienna seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe to drive revenue in Portugal, Italy, Greece and Malta through direct sales and channel partners. You will develop and implement an annual regional sales plan and lead cross-functional efforts to meet targets.

You will build relationships, conduct consultative negotiations, manage key accounts, and analyze CRM data. Travel 50% and collaborate with marketing, product, and after‑sales support to maximize market

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree required, preferable in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
10+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with existing and new customers and identify new business potential.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead regional sales efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Assess and develop Key Accounts and channel partners.
