Jobgether SRL in Austria seeks an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to ensure merchants are fully configured and production-ready. You will validate APIs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with international merchants and Engineering teams to guarantee smooth Go-Live experiences.

The role blends onboarding, payment integrations, and platform reliability in a fast-moving fintech environment. Remote work is fully supported, with growth toward senior technical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in L2/L3 technical support or a senior support role.
• Hands-on with system logs, monitoring tools, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON structures, and API validation with Postman.
• Fluency in Russian and English (B2/C1) for international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing.
• Manage API keys and production readiness environments.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integrations using Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing logs, SQL queries, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and observability tools to trace errors across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine origin (merchant or platform).
• Triage issues and escalate to Engineering when deeper fixes are required.
• Support final verification and Go-Live readiness for merchants.
• Communicate technical findings to international merchants and teams.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain documentation throughout troubleshooting.
