Zusammenfassung

Evotym is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Austria and Germany. The role is fully remote, enabling independent work while coordinating with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to activate merchants.

You will leverage your fintech background and existing merchant network to acquire new clients, manage pricing negotiations, and develop a robust CRM-driven forecast for the DACH market.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of B2B sales in payments or merchant acquiring.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring, payment processing, and transaction flows.
• Experience selling payment solutions to merchants in the DACH region.
• Existing network in Austria and/or Germany is advantageous.
• Familiarity with European payment infrastructure.
• Experience with regulated financial institutions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a pipeline of merchants across Austria and Germany.
• Drive new business acquisition by leveraging your network of merchants and partners.
• Identify merchant needs and position our payment solutions effectively.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contracts.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Onboarding teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at fintech conferences in the DACH region.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity relevant to the German-speaking market.
