Jobgether SRL is seeking a Remote Event Operations Specialist based in Austria. You will support the coordination and delivery of high-impact client-facing events, keeping schedules, communications, and logistics organized to ensure seamless experiences before, during, and after events.

The role combines administrative coordination with client communication in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with internal teams to address time-sensitive requests and maintain accurate event information.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with a stable internet connection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow timelines, and prioritize time-sensitive requests.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.
• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination is helpful but not required.
• Dependable, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.
