Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist in Austria. You will own merchant onboarding, configure integrations, validate APIs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth Go-Live experiences.

You will work with Postman, JSON-based diagnostics, and monitoring tools to identify root causes, collaborate with engineers, and communicate findings to international merchants and teams. This role emphasizes reliability and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or senior support role in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring to trace errors.
• Familiarity with client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Proficient with Postman to validate API requests and responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Attention to detail for managing credentials, payment settings, and production environments.
• Proactive, self-directed with ownership of merchant issues.
• Ability to learn new documentation, systems, and workflows quickly.
• Calm and effective under pressure with accurate incident handling.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2/C1) for international communication.
• Concise incident reporting and clear presentations to stakeholders.
• Willingness to grow toward senior SRE/product/engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing across PSP, on/off-ramp, and card solutions.
• Triaging issues and providing actionable escalations to Engineering for deeper investigations.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues using Postman; reproduce defects.
• Investigate transaction incidents via JSON payloads, SQL queries, and logs to find root causes.
• Use Grafana and monitoring data to trace errors across systems for remediation.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness before go-live.
