Qualifications

• Native-level German required.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between customers and Sales/Development teams; bring own assessment to cases.
• Analyse technical requests, reproduce errors, spot recurring issues, propose improvements.
• Create and maintain guides, FAQs, and documentation as needed.
